These people suck! I got them through Home Warranty of America. The guy finally comes out to the house and says the condenser will need to be cleaned before he can properly check the system $40 extra. He then charges the system and I pay $120 for gas. He tells me has come back to check for a leak. days go by without hearing from them. He verbally promised to call me when he was coming to the house to complete the service after I called to check on when they were planning on stopping by. He never did. When I called him back three days later, he told me he stopped by the house because he had time and couldn't find the leak. I asked for the invoice and he told me he sent it to m. ( I spent 30 minutes on the phone with their office giving me contact info). Then he tells me he sent to the tenant at the house, which he didn't. After 10 days now, I call his office once again and the receptionist says, "sorry sir, I work from home." Whatever that means. "The technician will call within 30 minutes". 2-1/2 hours go by and when I call him and tell him who I am, he says "I haven't had time" and hangs up. Anybody who is unlucky enough to choose this company has my sympathy. I have contacted Home Warranty of America and lodged a formal complaint. They told me that this outfit has several complaints. I instructed them to never, ever send this company to any of my houses for service again. I had to give one star in order to post this review. I would give zero stars if I could.Update 8/23: Two weeks has passed with no invoice. They must be very busy. The guy did contact my tenant and asked for his email address, but he never sent one. Surprising. he was very good about sending in the invoice to Home Warranty of America to make sure he got paid. #sadUpdate 5/10/18Since the technician said I had a refrigerant leak and I went out and bought gauges and R-410A so I could charge the system a year later without having to pay the inflated prices charged by A/C companies, especially this one. I hooked up my gauges in June 2017 and low and behold, the system was fully charged. The leak magically repaired itself. Just put the gauges back on and still no leak. Amazing. Now, I'm not saying these guys are crooks. Well, yes I am saying these guys are crooks. Don't use them if you want honest service.

Holiday weekend, 95 degrees out and AC fan motor goes. #1 Air had the part no one else had and Jim was able to come out same day and help us out.Thanks so much!!!

Fantastic A/C company! We had our air conditioner break down over the 4th of July weekend and #1 Air Source was the only company that responded to our call for help. Jim was the serviceman, he fixed A/C in a short time and charged a very reasonable price to repair it even though it was a holiday.. I highly recommend this company to everyone!

#1 Air Source has been my go to fix it company since I first experienced their workmanship a few months ago. Again, I had a problem in my business and called Jim. He was in the area and came to the rescue. My problem was diagnosed and parts were ordered and the issue was completed within a couple of days. Job done well once more!
